The shipment of products is carried out through courier companies that meet our specifications and have been selected by the company, so as to provide you with excellent quality services. Deliveries are made daily Monday to Friday from 09: 00 to 17: 00. Shipping costs may be modified on the basis of promotions.




All orders take from 1 to 3 business days to be delivered and in a period of discounts or offers may take 3 to 5 business days.

In particular:

– If the order is completed by 12: 00 noon of the previous business day, it will be delivered within the next business day for deliveries within Attica and major urban centers of western Greece and until the day after for the rest of Greece.

– If the order is completed after 12: 00 noon of the previous working day, it will be delivered within the next 2 working days for deliveries within Attica and major urban centers of western Greece and within the next 3 working days for the rest of Greece.

Committed by us to make every effort for the fastest delivery of your orders, we would like to inform you that the possible involvement of unstable factors such as strikes, Sea weather, delays of transport companies, force majeure, etc.may result in a delay in the delivery of the order.


The company accepts payments in the following ways:

a) by cash on delivery, i.e. by payment in cash upon delivery of your order (within Greece),

Cash on delivery

You can pay by cash on delivery of your order with an extra charge of 2.50 euros. For orders outside Greece this payment method is not offered.

Bank deposit

In order to complete your order through a bank account, you must proceed to deposit the entire amount to the company and to the bank account with IBAN . If you make the deposit, you must send us the copy of the bank order by email. Your order will be valid for 3 business days. For orders outside Greece this payment method is not offered.

The costs of bank remittances-commissions (either the commission held by each bank from the customer, or the commission held by our cooperating bank for the transfer of the customer’s money to us) or transfer or deposit of money from the same or another bank to our cooperating banks, are borne by the buyer and are not included in the price of the products.

In the event that any remittance-procurement costs are not deposited, then your order will not be sent until the deposit is made.

Credit Card

The company accepts all Visa, MasterCard and Maestro Credit Cards. Credit card details are not registered and are not collected by the company. The clearance of credit cards takes place in the most secure environment of [ _ _ _ ] and only. You will need to fill in all your credit card details in order to register the order request. To receive your order, you will need to be present at the time of delivery with your identity card.


Paypal allows you to send your payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account. When you choose PayPal as a payment method, you are redirected to the PayPal website where you can send your payment. If you don’t already have a PayPal account, you can create a new account. Through Paypal payment is made by credit card.


In case the customer wishes to change or return a product, he has the right to do so within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt, with 2 € Return charge once for each order, provided that the return will be made with the courier company cooperating with the company. Shipping costs for returns outside Greece are borne by the customer.

In the case where the customer wants a refund, if we receive the product and your refund is approved, the refund process may be completed within 24 days from the date we receive the returned products.

In order to return the products must not be used, worn, washed, modified or damaged and the identification card together with all textile labels attached to the product, together with all the documents that accompanied it (P.Allah. Retail Receipt-T.D.P. etc).

Returns of some products are not accepted for hygienic reasons.

If all the above conditions are met, the company is obliged to replace the product with any other kind the customer wants. In case of a higher value, the difference is charged to the customer.


A prerequisite for the free return of part or all of your order is the completion of the product return form (returns are not accepted without the form completed).

You call the courier company from which you originally received the parcel and send the parcel to the address below with a recipient charge (in case of shipment with another courier company, the costs are borne by you).
